The Artlantis RT² Silver Service Contract (included with a new or upgraded license purchase) runs 12-months and includes unlimited access to technical support, e-learning, all media store content, automatic software updates and upgrades for the duration of the contract. Service contract renewal is not automatic. In order to continue to receive these benefits uninterrupted, you are encouraged to renew annually, but outside of the service contract period, Artlantis RT²can continue to be used as is without these benefits.
